• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event information
• Event details, including dates, times, and locations, are subject to change by event organizers
• We are not responsible for cancelled, postponed, or modified events
• Ticket purchases and reservations are subject to the terms of the respective event organizers or ticketing platforms

If you make purchases through our Services:

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors
• Refund policies are determined by event organizers and ticketing partners
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between you and third parties

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Firefly Events and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

You may have the opportunity to submit content through our Services. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate the rights of any third party

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREFLY EVENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firefly Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
